San Antonio is declaring October its “Spirit Season”—a month-plus celebration of Día de los Muertos running Oct. 3–Nov. 14. Highlights include the Day of the Dead River Parade (Oct. 24), Muertos Fest at Hemisfair (Oct. 24–26), and the Altares y Ofrendas altar exhibit at Centro Cultural Aztlán (Nov. 2–13).
